How we charge

Two phases, two models

A data centre under construction needs different people than one that is live. We cover both — and the commercial model follows the need, not the other way round.

Build phase

Design, construction, commissioning

10–15% success fee

On the mandate volume. No retainer, no upfront cost.

Operations phase

Retainer from €1,200 / month
